Tap an empty location to add a numbered finding. Tap a number to select it, then drag it to move or drag its square handle to resize. Double-click or double-tap the selected number to edit its notes. Circles can be adjusted with Select / move. Maps and notes are saved in this browser on this device; clear each map before starting a new patient.
